Pumpkin Spice Creamer and Merry Thanksgivingmus


I hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving! 
We did as well...and managed to combine Thanksgiving and Christmas all in one day with my side of the family and then again on Sunday we celebrated Christmas again at our home. 
We leave in less than a week for Peru so Christmas here had to be moved up a bit. The kids had no complaints about that! :)

And, while most people seem to say good bye to pumpkin after Thanksgiving, I always refuse! Pumpkin is really just one of the most amazing things and I'll keep incorporating it into our lives as long as I can! :) 
So with that in mind, I thought I'd share a yummy and easy homemade recipe for some pumpkin spice creamer. It also avoids all the additives in the regular fancy creamer you can buy at the store so win-win! :)

Pumpkin Spice Creamer
1 can sweetened condensed milk. (while full of processed sugar, I was pleased to see that the ingredients on the can are only milk and sugar and no high fructose corn syrup, etc.)
14 ounces of whole milk or half and half
4 tbsp pureed pumpkin
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

**Original recipe called for maple syrup as well, but I preferred it without it so it's your call!**

Mix all together in a jar and make some coffee! It's extra delicious with whipped cream topping as well!
